PANDAS Manual

My Process List

This screen provides access to all your owned titles that are awaiting processing, and also to your titles that have been reported to PANDORA IT support staff for error resolution with the archived files. To process a title instance simply click anywhere on the instance to link directly to Process Title. The tabs Waiting, Handed Back and In progress show the stage of error processing by IT staff so that progress of errors can be followed by the user:

Information is organised under 4 tabs according to the stage of the processing: All, Waiting, Handed Back and In progress.

All tab

The All tab displays all titles instances that are either awaiting initial processing or have received preliminary processing and have been reported to IT for problem-solving. These are arranged on the screen from most recent instances at the top of the list to oldest instances at the bottom. Listed instances will link directly to the Process Title screen for that title, but if IT staff haven't handed back an error report to you, you will only be able to view it in Process Title.

Waiting tab

This tab displays the titles that have a current error report not yet actioned by the PANDORA IT support staff. The listed title instances are linked to Process Title where additional problems can be added to the title instance but no further processing action can take place.

Handed Back tab

These instances have had their error report actioned and have now been handed back to the user to complete processing. The instance will be hyperlinked to Process Title.

In progress tab

Title instances currently being worked on by the PANDORA IT support staff will display under this tab. These instances are linked to Process Title but staff cannot undertake processing until the title has been handed back by IT.
